Within this 3-2-1 intense format, the exercises are performed back to back without rest for 30 seconds each….
3 minutes of resistance training – 2 minutes of cardio - 1 minute of core. 24 minutes of consecutive circuits is preceded by a 3 minute active warm-up and concludes with a 3 minute dynamic stretch cool-down.
This program is not for those with known injuries, chronic joint or back problems, or those with known lifestyle disorders.

Tai Chi, the ancient martial art, is commonly referred to as “movement meditation”. Its practice gives students better mobility, a more solid leg base for better balance, strength, a feeling of peacefulness and connection. It has a proven record of helping with high blood pressure, arthritis and overall well-being. This class is an introduction to the Yang Style Tai Chi forms and how it is used in a fitness class format. This class is a good place to begin if you are new to the Tai Chi forms and before you take our Tai Chi Fusion Fitness classes. This is not a traditional Tai Chi class, but an introduction to the Yang style forms.
